Our aims will be realised in two fundamental ways. We will help in the regeneration of existing communities and we will look to establish new communities.
These communities may be in rural areas, they may be in run-down urban locations. What they share is a local community lacking the tools for change but a determination to fulfil the potential of their own surroundings.
Our work may involve development on either Brownfield or Greenfield sites. Either way, they will seek to transfer assets from public to community ownership.
Although our activities will vary in scale, they will have a common of sense purpose, in keeping with the strong vision of The Hometown Foundation.
